Brand & Communication Manager
3 hours per week (flexible)
Remote (in CET)
Job Description:
Who are we?
Easysustainability is a global NGO helping people connect with the green job market. We envision a future where solving environmental (and social) problems becomes a legitimate source of income. Through education, mentoring, and community projects, we empower individuals to develop the skills and experience needed to thrive in sustainability-focused careers, and act as a safe space for them to practice sustainability skills and network in the field.
We are now seeking a new brand and communication manager to join the current directors of Easysustainability Italy.
About the Role
As Easysustainability’s Brand & Communication Manager, you will shape and amplify the NGO’s voice, ensuring consistent and inspiring messaging across platforms to strengthen our visibility and impact. You will craft compelling content and storytelling for social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases, while leading multi-platform strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) supported by analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools. Your role includes coordinating events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, fostering meaningful connections within our community. With strong brand management skills, you will safeguard Easysustainability’s identity and act as a bridge between the Graphic Lead, board members, and external partners. Fluent in Italian and English (ideally CET-based), you bring strategic thinking, adaptability, and integrity to ensure our communications reflect our mission.
Your responsibilities
➡️ Attendance of monthly social media meeting
➡️ Co-drafting the social media, marketing and PR yearly plan, and overall management of social media accounts
➡️ Organizing at least four events and/or campaigns on sustainability topics a year (e.g. webinars, etc…)
➡️ Publication of at least one social media post a week (ideas are given, but it is possible for you to come up also with yours)
➡️ Exploration of new ideas and tools to improve marketing such as Substack, Google Ads for non-profits, Youtube for non-profits and more
➡️ You are welcome to take on more responsibilities/tasks depending on your passions, commitment and interest, especially if you identify any key area we missed that could improve our communications and impact.
