Who we are
Easysustainability is a broad online community involving professionals, NGOs, and other entities active in the sustainability field. 🟢Be interested in environmental issues, fast fashion, and sustainability
🟢 Be motivated to engage in intercultural exchange and teamwork
🟢 Have conversational English skills
🟢 Show respect for diversity and active participation
🟢 Previous experience in sustainability-related projects is a plus, but strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential
🟢 Experience in youth initiatives, training courses, or mobility programs is beneficial
🟢 Open to collaborating and sharing knowledge with other participants
🟢 Willing to contribute to follow-up activities and disseminate best practices within their professional networks
Timelines and accomodation
During the project, from 21 to 29 June 2025 (including travel days), participants will be offered accommodation in a hotel, in shared rooms for 2 or 3 people (some rooms may feature one large bed). Please consider this when applying, as no individual rooms are available. Participants will be provided with 3 meals and 1 coffee break per day, as well as workshop materials, etc. There is no participation fee.
Refund for travel expenses
Travel costs will be 100% reimbursed within the limit set for each country, such as Italy: 309€. Reimbursement will take place up to 3 months after the end of the youth exchange and only upon presentation of original travel documents — including invoices, booking confirmations, and boarding passes — clearly indicating the date, price, traveler's name, and destinations. All documents must be completely legible.
In addition, participants must complete the official Erasmus+ Participants' Survey, which will be sent a few days after the end of the project.
The travel plan must be approved by the organizer before any ticket is purchased.
